One of the main aspects of Drupal is the way it lays out a site page through "blocks." Although there are some useful blocks available there are times when you need to create a Basic Block with simple content.

Add a Basic Block

Add a Block or Section then click on block. A panel will slide in form the left. Select Basic Block block to get started and add content as needed.

Add Block Content

Add Content to your new Basic Block. You can add images, links and copy.
