Dates: First Thursdays of Each Month, 12pm-12:30pm
Theme: Come join the Tapping Circle as we explore some effective, cutting edge yet ancient, brain balancing methods to better manage our daily stress. Led by Georgia Barnwell, Stacey Jones, and/or other trained facilitators/practitioners, we will explore some sensory based exercises that engages and balances the body and mind.
Where: Sessions will be held online on Zoom for the Thursday sessions.
